Box of Rocks Jewelry’s main focus is supporting you, the retailer. Having years of combined experience we bring a different kind of support to you that’s not your normal outsourced jewelry repair. Rather then list all the services we offer like pearl stringing, casting, etc., it would be much simpler to say there is nothing we can’t do.

Some examples for thought, the nightmare ring that no one else will touch, the overnight casting for the “custom” engagement ring the guy came in the day before he wants to propose, the 7 carat princess cut diamond that your jeweler is afraid to set, or the guy who wants his new sword engraved with the matching pattern from his gun stock. We can do it. How about the lady with 13 rings from grandma, 3 necklaces from mother-in-law, and stones collected from cruises who wants to design a piece and doesn’t know where to start? Set up an appointment and our designer will meet with your customer and make their dreams come true. Perhaps someone just brought in 50 pieces to be appraised and needs it all back in 2 weeks, we can help.

How about the trunk show coming up and your jeweler is on scheduled vacation and you need one more sales associate to help cover the floor. Or you find yourself needing a substitute jeweler on site while you sort out your current situation. Essentially, if you can think it, we can do it.

Every jeweler works in gold, but note; we work in silver, platinum, and even bring back to life alternative metals.

So not only are we a jewelry repair service, but a designer and consultant. We provide marketing and website support, training, and appraisal services. Kinda different huh? Pretty cool to have someone provide all that ethically with integrity and credibility!
